Data and privacy

  • Only recordings you provide are processed. No email, calendar, or cloud drive access; source files stay unchanged.
  • Audio is sent to third-party speech recognition providers: Groq, with fal.ai as the fallback.
  • Audio, transcripts, and file details expire on Spokenly servers within one hour. Upload again after expiry.
  • ChatGPT receives transcripts with timestamps when it reads a result or when you send a message while a transcript is open in Spokenly. Copies in your chat follow OpenAI policies and your ChatGPT data controls.

See the Privacy Policy for storage, logs, and processing details.
