How many seats do I need?
At least 2, that is only the lower limit. You pick any number of seats on the checkout page, and you can add or remove seats later from the customer portal. The purchaser takes the first seat automatically.
Is the 30% discount only for the first month?
No. The 30% discount is applied automatically at checkout and stays for the life of the subscription. Every renewal keeps the discounted price.
Do teammates need license keys?
No. A teammate clicks the invitation link, then signs in to Spokenly with the invited email address. Pro unlocks automatically on all of their devices.
Can I move a seat to someone else?
Yes. Reassign or remove seats anytime from the Polar customer portal. When a seat is removed, that member's Pro turns off automatically.
Can I get invoices for my company?
Yes. Payments are processed by Polar as the merchant of record. You enter your company billing details at checkout and can download an invoice for every payment from the customer portal.
Is a team seat different from Pro?
No. Every seat is full Spokenly Pro. The Team plan only changes how it is bought and managed: one subscription, one invoice, and seats you control.
