What exactly does Pro add?
Pro unlocks managed cloud transcription with premium models like GPT-4o Transcribe, Deepgram Nova 3, and Soniox, plus hosted AI text processing and priority support. No API keys, no setup, it just works.
Is bring-your-own-keys really free?
Yes. Connect your own API keys from OpenAI, Deepgram, Groq, ElevenLabs, Mistral, and other providers, and Spokenly charges nothing on top. You pay the provider directly at their usage rates.
Where is Spokenly Pro available?
Spokenly Pro is available on macOS, Windows, Linux, and iOS. Depending on the platform and purchase source, activation may require account sign-in, restoring an App Store purchase, or linking your subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in a couple of clicks from the billing portal (website purchases) or your App Store subscription settings (App Store purchases). You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer a student discount?

How do refunds work?
Pro purchased on spokenly.app comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: email admin@spokenly.app within 14 days and we will refund you in full. Missed the window or have any other issue? Contact us anyway and we will find a solution. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple through their standard process.
