Sync Settings
Keep selected Spokenly settings consistent on devices signed in to the same account.
Settings sync is included with Spokenly Pro. It keeps the settings you choose consistent on devices signed in to the same Spokenly account.

Transcription history, audio recordings, the currently selected dictation model, and downloaded local models are not synced. Platform-specific mode actions, shortcuts, and app targeting are kept separately.
Turn On Sync
- Make sure Spokenly Pro is active and sign in with the same email address.
- In Spokenly settings, open Sync Settings on each device.
- Enable each category you want to share. Repeat this on every device that should receive changes.
Changes sync automatically while Spokenly is connected to the internet.
Spokenly checks for changes when the app starts and about once an hour while it remains open. If a recent change has not appeared on another device, restart Spokenly on that device to trigger another sync.
Privacy
Each category is off until you enable it. Synced data is stored on Spokenly's servers. If you choose to sync API keys, they are stored there as well.
Turning a category off stops syncing it on that device, but does not delete data already stored on the server.
Local Only Mode disables settings sync.
