Sync Subscription
Use the same Spokenly account on supported devices. Sign-in and restore options vary by platform and purchase source.
Spokenly Pro can be available on supported devices linked to the same Spokenly account. Access is not automatic for every build or purchase type because sign-in and restore options vary by platform.
Sign In Where Available
Open Spokenly on each supported device and sign in with the same email address where account sign-in is available.
- iPhone/iPad: Use the App Store version. App Store purchases may require Restore Purchases on a device signed in to the same Apple ID.
- Mac: Download the sideload build from spokenly.app/download. The Mac App Store version does not support email sign-in yet.
- Windows/Linux: Download Spokenly from spokenly.app/download. Sign in with the same email when account sign-in is available in the installed version.
After signing in, you may need to restart the app for Pro access to appear. If it does not appear, do not purchase a second subscription. Follow the purchase-specific steps below or contact support through the app.
Purchased on Mac App Store?
On another Apple device, use Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID. Email sign-in does not automatically link every App Store purchase to builds that use a Spokenly account.
For access on a platform or build that uses email sign-in, send us a message through Contact Us in the sidebar. Send it from the Mac App Store version, not the sideload version from our website, so support can identify the purchase. Include the email you want to use, and support will confirm the available linking options.
